This directory is designed to provide additional resources for the help desk software industry. You can look at the categories
on the left side of this page for groupings of references in the Help Desk Software Directory of resources. We try to categorize
all helpful resources or web sites that we find.
If you would like to have your site submitted to our directory, you can contact us at the contact email address listed on the contact
page of this site. Please put the words "Directory Inclusion" in the subject line of the email. When we receive your information, we will review
the web site and if it is applicable, quality content, we will likely include it.
We only take sites for the directory that offer quality software, services, or information for our site visitors. We do not place sites into the directory
that are not realted to the help desk industry. We do not accept sites that have a lot of repeated words or content. We do not accept sites which have
plagarized other articles or web sites. We stick to our quality guidelines and rules for directory inclusion.
Since we are not selling products and don't have a large staff to process directory submissions, we need you to be patient. We will review the directory
submissions when we can. You can check back later to see if your site has been included.
